I created this story for the kids in our community after the Eaton wildfire.
A coloring book with thick lines lets children explore big feelings as they color the pictures throughout the story.
TRIGGER WARNING: I drew the fire and the aftermath so kids can use the physical act of coloring to help them process their trauma. I ask adults to please pre-read the book to make sure it is appropriate for each child’s particular situation.
